How long does it take for orders to process?
What shipping options do you offer?
We usually can pick, pack, and ship most orders within 3 business days.
If you need an order expedited please send us an email using the link provided in your order confirmation email.
We can not guarantee an order will be expedited, however we will take every measure to get your order sent to you as quickly as possible.
We offer the following options for shipping:
Domestic (US) Orders
FedEx Ground
Orders under $100 will be shipped at a flat rate of $7.00.
Orders over $100 qualify for FREE ground shipping.
We want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit.
All returns must be in the original condition that you received them in. We do NOT accept back coffee, other food items or washed items. If one of these items is returned, we will refuse it and ask you to pay to have it returned to you.
On plain paper please indicate what you are returning and why. Please let us know what you would like in return whether it be an exchange, refund or Luna credit.
All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your orders. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period.
